All equipment and machines come with a one-year warranty that covers components.

The warranty includes 100% parts replacement, including structural moving parts such as bearings, pulleys, cables, motors, and batteries, etc. (if they cause the machine to malfunction).

The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered to your location.

1. Standard maintenance (labor not covered): This refers to tasks that can be performed using a wrench to adjust nuts for calibration or tension knobs for fixing or adjusting. Users will be provided with instructions to make these adjustments, and we can provide the necessary tools or cleaning materials upon request.

2. Any mechanical, software, or cosmetic issues resulting from misuse, physical damage, or user activities explicitly warned against in the user manual, as well as user disassembly/reassembly of the machine.

3. Cosmetic defects including but not limited to scratches, plastic damage, peeling of stickers/logos/coatings, discoloration, unless present upon arrival. Any cosmetic defects must be reported within 1 week of receiving the machine.

4. Damage caused by water, fire, heat, wind, or natural elements, such as leaving the machine in an outdoor environment. Leaving the machine outdoors can cause faster wear and deterioration compared to indoor use. Garage settings are within the warranty coverage.

5. The warranty does not cover total loss. If the main components of the product or machine are reported as stolen/lost, the warranty becomes invalid.

6. No warranty on accessories such like Cable attachment,Flooring mat,Yoga Accessories etc., Contact us within seven days for any manufacturing defects.
